SearchHomey is an early-access product for touring Calgary show homes. This page explains, in plain terms, what we collect and how it is used. It will be expanded as the product matures.
What we collect
- Account info — if you sign in, your email address (used for the magic-link / Google sign-in) and an optional display name.
- Your activity — the homes you save and build into a tour, kept so you can pick up across devices.
- Usage analytics — events such as profile views, pin taps, saves, CTA clicks, and QR-plaque scans. When you are signed in these are linked to your account; otherwise they are anonymous.
Why we collect it
To run the service (saved tours, sign-in) and to give participating builders aggregate insight into how buyers engage with their show homes. Builders see counts and trends for their own listings — not your identity, email, or personal browsing history.
Where it's stored
Account and analytics data is stored in our managed Postgres database (Supabase). We do not sell your personal information.
Your choices
You can ask us to delete your account and associated data at any time. Email SearchHomey@protonmail.com and we will action it.
